Ambergris Jade is also actively involved in the promotion of education. We invite local schools to develop Mayan Projects and have space available in shows developed by the students. There is a parents night associated with the shows. parents have the opportunity to wonder through the museum and see their children's work. |

| In addition, we have a room devoted to the History of San Pedro. There are photographs from the 1920's through the early 1970's that illustrate the development of the island and the celebration of major events. | |||||
